Kortermaja r\u00f5dude renoveerimine ja uued metallpiirded<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
Tallinnas J\u00e4rvel teostatud r\u00f5dude renoveerimine h\u00f5lmas amortiseerunud betoonr\u00f5dude t\u00e4ielikku taastamist ning uute metallpiirete valmistamist ajaloolise lahenduse j\u00e4rgi. T\u00f6\u00f6de eesm\u00e4rk oli parandada r\u00f5dude ohutust, kandev\u00f5imet, vastupidavust ja hoone \u00fcldilmet.
\n
\nRenoveerimist\u00f6\u00f6de k\u00e4igus eemaldati kahjustunud betooniosad ning avati konstruktsioonid, et hinnata sarruste ja metalltalade seisukorda. Tugevalt korrodeerunud detailid puhastati v\u00f5i vajadusel asendati uutega. Seej\u00e4rel teostati professionaalne korrosioonikaitse, et tagada metallosade pikaajaline vastupidavus v\u00e4litingimustes.
\n
\nKonstruktsioonide tugevdamiseks rajati lisaarmeerimine ning taastati uus betoonkeha kvaliteetsete remondibetoonidega. Selline lahendus tagab r\u00f5dude kandev\u00f5ime ning aitab v\u00e4ltida edasisi pragunemisi ja niiskuskahjustusi.

\nVanad metallpiirded olid liigselt roostetanud ning nende renoveerimine ei olnud enam otstarbekas. Seet\u00f5ttu valmistati ja paigaldati uued metallpiirded, mis j\u00e4rgivad algset arhitektuurset lahendust ning sobituvad hoone \u00fcldise v\u00e4lisilmega.

\nProfessionaalselt teostatud r\u00f5dude renoveerimist\u00f6\u00f6d t\u00f5stavad kortermaja v\u00e4\u00e4rtust, parandab turvalisust ning annab hoonele v\u00e4rskema ja korrektsema v\u00e4limuse.<\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
