MAJA RENOVEERIMINE KEILAS<\/span>
<\/i><\/div><\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t
Keilas teostatud projekti k\u00e4igus uuendati p\u00f5hjalikult eestiaegse maja v\u00e4lisosa, s\u00e4ilitades hoone iseloomu ning \u00fchendades selle kaasaegsete ehituslahendustega. T\u00f6\u00f6de eesm\u00e4rk oli parandada hoone energiat\u00f5husust, vastupidavust ja kasutusmugavust ning anda majale v\u00e4rske ja esinduslik v\u00e4limus.
\n
\nProjekt algas vajalike lammutust\u00f6\u00f6dega, mille k\u00e4igus eemaldati vananenud ning amortiseerunud hooneosad. Seej\u00e4rel teostati juurdeehitus, mis suurendas elamispinda ning muutis hoone planeeringu praktilisemaks ja kaasaegsemaks.

\nFassaad soojustati ning viimistleti kvaliteetsete materjalidega, et tagada parem soojapidavus ja ilmastikukindlus. Samuti teostati sokkli ja vundamendi soojustus ning viimistlus, mis aitab parandada kogu hoone energiat\u00f5husust ja konstruktsioonide kestvust.

\nKatusele rajati uus lahendus koos rekonstrueerimise ja soojustusega. Lisaks paigaldati kvaliteetsed katuseaknad, mis toovad siseruumidesse rohkem loomulikku valgust ning parandavad kasutusmugavust.

\nV\u00e4lialadel rajati uus terrass ning paigaldati sillutiskivi, mis t\u00e4iustasid hoovi funktsionaalsust ja l\u00f5id tervikliku l\u00f5pptulemuse. Projekti tulemusena valmis t\u00e4ielikult uuendatud ja kaasaegne elamu, mis s\u00e4ilitab eestiaegse maja iseloomu ning vastab t\u00e4nap\u00e4evastele ootustele.<\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
